Ginny Hunt is a founding member of the U.S. Digital Service, a White House office established to transform how the government delivers programs and services. Previously, Ginny was a Principal for Strategy and Civic Innovation at Google, where she co-founded Google’s Public Sector engineering team and launched programs in over thirty countries to increase access to public sector information, develop open government frameworks and support data-driven policymaking. She served as a Fellow at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government and on the founding working group of the Open Government Partnership. She currently serves as an advisory board member to Code for All, Code for America’s global network, and regularly advises startups, policy leaders and organizations on how to use innovation and technology in solving public problems.
